With Mark Nelson and Yohanan Petrovsky-Shtern

The Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art maintains its mission as an educational source

on modern and contemporary art thru its series of Gallery Talks that compliment each exhibit.

Professor Yohanan Petrovsky-Shtern and Mark Nelson, two current exhibiting artists in the show “Survival, Spirit, Dreams, Nightmares”, informed and dialoged with the audience on Sunday February 23rd at the Institute. They eloquently described the meaning behind their artwork and the artistic metamorphosis that compelled them to express their view of life and the eternal struggle of mankind for justice and liberty on canvas.
